Awakening In Stillness

Awakening in Stillness is an intimate group sound bath experience for 6 to 10 participants. Each session begins with a warm welcome and a personal message from a Reiki Master, followed by a meditative sound bath designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and inner clarity. Afterward, we invite you to share a moment of stillness and connection over a cup of herbal tea.
